An AI-powered Discord bot with various features.
SmartCord AI is an AI-powered Discord bot with various features. As soon as ChatGPT was released, I digged into the OpenAI API and wanted to integrate it into a discord bot. So I started coding at the end of December, 2022 (ChatGPT was released on November, 2022). At the beginning, the bot was made for a private server, and then I rapidly published the bot because many people wanted to use it. Two weeks later I reached 100 servers and the bot got approved by Discord. Now it is on more than 20'000 servers.
The main aspect of the bot are the discussions, customisation and image generation.
The discussions are linked to a channel and can either be created by a random user of a server, or by an admin to create a loose discussion channel. The discussions can be customised with a character. The bot can also join a voice channel and create a voice discussion to be able to speak with it and to get voice responses. The bot can also use some functions in the discussion, to rename it, to change the character, to retrieve information, to generate images etc.
The image generation allows you to create images, to modify them, to change the background, to convert it to a 3D object or a video and much more.
There are also other features like messages command, that allows you to summarize a message or even a voice message and to translate it.
